SFS MMA is operated by AJV MMA LLC at 205 W Main St, Mesquite, TX 75149. This policy explains how we handle information provided through our website inquiry forms and service-text program.

We collect the contact details and messages you submit, such as your name, email address, phone number and class interests. Where offered, we also record trial-booking details and status. If you choose SMS, we record your choice, the disclosure you accepted, when and how you consented, and subsequent opt-out requests. We process technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as request logs and abuse-prevention signals.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to inquiries, manage requested trial visits, provide customer support, maintain communication preferences and protect the website. If you opt in, we send service texts concerning your inquiry or class, booking and waiver reminders, rescheduling, post-trial feedback, and gym closures or schedule changes.
Service providers and sharing
We use service providers to host the website, store records, protect forms and deliver communications. They may process information needed to provide those services for us. Ultramar Labs manages our website technology; it is not the sender of this gym's SMS program.
We do not sell personal information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared for purposes unrelated to providing the messaging program. Providers that help operate or deliver the program may process the information necessary for that service. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing a membership, requesting information or attending a class. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for assistance. Youth inquiries
Parents or guardians should provide their own contact details for youth-class inquiries. This inquiry form is not intended for children to enroll themselves in messaging. Please avoid including sensitive health information in an inquiry.
